Taste of Home Cooking School packs NNU's Brandt Center

NAMPA, Idaho - Hundreds made their way to the NNU Brandt Center on Thursday, April 19 for the Taste of Home Cooking School.

The two-hour cooking school was led Culinary Specialist by Kristi Larson, who prepared almost a dozen meals on stage, including Grilled Chicken in Mango Chipotle Mojo and Mushroom Tacos with Salsa Verde.

KBOI 2News anchor Natalie Hurst traded in the anchor desk for an apron, as the emcee of the event.

More than 20 vendors were on display for the expo, focused on health and wellness, that also included a fashion show.
